We understand that sometimes exchanges and returns are necessary, and we aim to make this process as seamless as possible for you. This Exchanges Policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for exchanges and returns of products purchased from The Perfect Pair in the unlikely event that you may be dissatisfied with your products. 1. Eligibility for Exchanges:
The Perfect Pair accepts exchanges for products purchased directly from our online store/ website or registered sales reps within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in its original condition, with all tags and labels intact. Exchanges are only applicable to products that have not been worn, washed, altered, or damaged. There are no refunds or returns for any The Perfect Pair products returned and all purchased products should be exchanged for other available products in stock.

2. Exchange Procedure:
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, colour, or style, please follow these steps:

a) ​Contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order ​to initiate the exchange process.

b) ​Provide your order number, the product you wish to exchange, and the ​desired replacement item details.

Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the original product. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging and condition, including all tags and labels.

Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement product to you. Any price difference between the original and replacement product/s will be reimbursed if the price of the new products is lower than the returned item. If the replaced item is more expensive than the returned item, you will need to pay the difference before the replacement products are shipped to you.

3. Shipping Costs:
For exchanges: The Perfect Pair will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you if the need for exchange is because of an error by The Perfect Pair, if not, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

4. Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include an exchange or refund, based on product availability.
